02 - Add onion, garlic, carrot, red bell pepper, and chopped jalapeños to the pot. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until vegetables are softened and aromatic.
03 - Mix in tomato paste, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute to develop flavor.
04 - Pour in crushed tomatoes and broth. Stir well, bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
05 - Add broken lasagne noodles to the pot. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
