An eye-catching jellyfish candy display combining fruit gummies, decorative jellies, and ocean-inspired sweets.
# Ingredients:
→ Jellyfish Gummies
01 - 1 cup fruit juice (apple, grape, or berry)
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin or vegetarian alternative (agar-agar)
03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - Food coloring (optional; blue, pink, purple)
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
→ Decorative Jellies
06 - 1 cup coconut water or clear soda
07 - 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin or agar-agar
08 - 2 tablespoons sugar
09 - Food coloring (various ocean-inspired colors)
→ Ocean-Themed Candies
10 - 1 cup gummy worms
11 - 1 cup blue raspberry candy belts, cut into strips
12 - 1 cup rock candy
13 - 1 cup candy pearls or edible sugar pearls
# Directions:
01 - In a saucepan, gently heat fruit juice and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir continuously until fully dissolved. Add food coloring and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds or use round molds for the body and a shallow mold for the tentacles. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
02 - Heat coconut water and sugar in a separate saucepan until warm. Stir in gelatin and desired food coloring until completely combined. Pour into shallow molds or a baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes, then cut into seaweed or wave shapes.
03 - On a large serving tray, arrange the jellyfish gummies as the centerpiece. Attach gummy worms and candy belt strips as tentacles beneath each jellyfish body. Scatter decorative jellies, rock candy, and candy pearls around to mimic underwater scenery.
04 - Keep the assembled platter chilled until serving to maintain optimal texture and presentation.
